Are You Sore? These Workout Recovery Tips Will Help YOU!


If so, that means you’re making progress! When you’re sore that’s, a sign that your muscles are rebuilding, and you’re getting stronger.

Don’t let sore prevent you from coming into the gym - we promise it’ll get better! In the meantime, here are some things you can do to reduce soreness and recover properly:

1. Drink plenty of water

2. Light dynamic stretching

3. Foam rolling the area

4. Take a warm Epsom salt bath

5. Get 8+ hours of sleep



We can help you with all of this -- except for getting you into an Epsom salt bath; you're on your own there ;)
